After 5 years, here it is at last — Révérence, our Belgian-style Witbier brewed with orange peel and coriander.
We've been fine-tuning this recipe for 7 years now, and since it's meant as a tribute to one of our favorite breweries (if not the favorite), we took great care in perfecting every detail before introducing it. A little gift from us to you — and to ourselves!
On the nose, you’ll immediately recognize the signature aromas of the style: clove from the yeast, citrus, and coriander.
On the palate, the beer is fairly light-bodied and refreshing. Flavor-wise, clove, banana, and bubblegum notes (produced by the yeast) come through initially. The finish brings orange zest with a very mild bitterness.
