Grapes: 65% Frontenac Noir + 35% Saint-Croix

Vinification:
- Whole-cluster Frontenac Noir with 15 days of carbonic maceration
- Whole-cluster Saint-Croix with 5 days of carbonic maceration
- First half of the Frontenac Noir and Saint-Croix aged 9 months in neutral French oak barrels
- The other half aged in stainless steel tanks
- Blended and bottled
