This Pinot Noir presents aromas of black fruits, sweet spices and a nice woody taste.

On the palate, this wine will charm you with its freshness, its cherry notes and its supple tannins.

Depending on the dishes it accompanies, it can be drunk at 13°C or 18°C. This wine should be drunk young, but can be cellared for 3 to 5 years.

FOOD PAIRING:
Roasted quail, pork medallions, duck salad and Quebec cheeses.
