Created to celebrate our 4th anniversary in September 2021, this beautiful dark ale is a classic Belgian recipe with subtle cereal and caramel notes.

Many were surprised by its higher alcohol content, which is smooth and barely noticeable on the palate, yet its roundness is especially comforting in the autumn season.

Perfect to accompany hearty meat stews or elk steaks.
