Puma
Puma is a New England Quadruple IPA heavily dry-hopped with New Zealand cultivars Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin from our hand-selected lots at Freestyle Hops, Kohatu from NZ Hops, and Krush® LupoCORE™ from John I. Haas.
Recently developed, LupoCORE is a premium pelletized hop with part of its vegetal matter removed to concentrate the lupulin, which contains the essential oils responsible for hop aroma through a cold processing method.
For an even more intense result, we also incorporated Riwaka Amplifire, a liquid hop oil developed by Clayton Hops. It delivers powerful aromas of Sauvignon Blanc and citrus zest, supported by a silky, enveloping mouthfeel.
