Through Yakima’s FWD program, we have the chance to access hopped products that aren’t officially on the market yet. In short, lab material for curious brewers.
This time, the Yakima team sent us Dynaboost HBC1134, a liquid hopped product intended to be used on the hot side during brewing.
To put this new product to the test, we’re introducing PROTOCOLE 1134, a fresh, grainy and crisp lager that leaves all the room for this experiment.
In the glass, we find a beautiful malt base, clean and thirst-quenching, accompanied by citrus notes brought by the hops.
The result is super refreshing, precise and lightly aromatic, with a touch of freshness that lingers throughout the tasting.
