Our love for taxidermy allowed us to meet little Tonton Noisette, an adorable squirrel who has become iconic in the Prospecteur family!
With a pretty brown leaning toward red, similar to our rodent friend, this honey beer from the beautiful Grande Ourse apiary (located in St-Marc-de-Figuery) is inspired by traditional English Brown Ales.
With its notes of hazelnut and malted caramel, it offers a pleasant sensation on the palate, the result of a skillful combination of malts from Témiscamingue and English hops (East Kent Golding, Loral, Willamette).
