Blanche Barriquée

This cuvée comes from a blend of Blanche du Prospecteur (Witbier) patiently aged for 12 months in oak barrels.

Its natural freshness, marked by aromas of coriander and orange peel, intertwines harmoniously with the complex notes brought by the wood and the wine.

The presence of Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus from the barrels brings a slight acidity and subtle funky aromas, adding depth and character to this exceptional white beer.
