Professeur Dank
Break out the gold chains, the shades and the frosty glass: Professor Dank is hitting the shelves in cans with a new DIPA that clearly doesn’t do subtle.
For this beer, we selected some of our favourite dank hops: Nectaron, Freestyle Nectaron, Mosaic and Rakau.
A seriously loaded quartet, known for their deep, powerful and ultra-aromatic profiles: hoppy sap, pine, little notes reminiscent of cannabis, as well as citrus zest and tropical fruit.
In the glass, it’s rich, velvety, smooth and perfectly balanced. A DIPA that shines bright but keeps it classy: intense without being heavy, expressive without going all over the place.
In short, Professor Dank pulled out all the stops, tamed the dank with flair, and laid it down like a true master of hops.
