Much more complex and aromatic, the cider results from spontaneous fermentation.

Half of the cider is aged in maple barrels for 2 months, while the other half is kept in stainless steel tanks.

Blended and carbonated with maple syrup, the bottles rest on racks for 12 months.

An expressive, sparkling brut cider with exotic notes.
