A Cairo neighborhood where Egyptians have enjoyed karkadeh (hibiscus iced tea) since the time of the Pharaohs.

Egyptian hibiscus flowers are infused into this red piquette to create these multicolored cans — the first canned product that transcends all categories.

An infusion of flowers with grape and cider, ultimately reminiscent of a thirst-quenching lambic, but gluten-free.

Grape skins re-fermented with water and apple must.

Flavored with hibiscus flowers after fermentation.

Naturally fermented.

Lightly filtered after the hibiscus infusion.

Varietals: Marquette & Frontenac Noir (Lanoraie).
