The palate is round and fruity with a lovely suppleness.

Perfectly balanced, it finishes with citrus notes and a touch of minerality.

A wine to enjoy young, but it can also be cellared for aging.

Best enjoyed between 11–13°C.

Food pairings: Pairs well with veal, fish, and seafood. Suggested cheeses: semi-firm washed-rind varieties such as Gré des Champs, Sieur Corbeau, and Kénogami.
