Pause Café

Pause Café is a Dry Stout infused with Caramelo coffee from Cantook Micro Torréfaction in Québec City.

This Brazilian coffee of the Red Catuai variety develops notes of dulce de leche, dark chocolate, and pecan that blend wonderfully with the roasted character brought by the various dark malts.

The result is a black, light, dry, and flavorful beer that is surprisingly easy-drinking and summer-friendly.
