Oregon Trail
Oregon Trail is a West Coast IPA brewed in collaboration with Crosby Hop Farm, a family-owned hop farm in Oregon, and Lallemand. It features Centennial and Cascade hops in both conventional pellet form and CGX Nuvo.
CGX® NUVO™ hops, which we are the first brewery in Canada to use, are harvested at peak maturity and then frozen in time through a cryogenic process that locks in the intense aromas of lupulin.
Inspired by olio nuovo, the fresh oil produced at the start of the harvest season, CGX Nuvo represents the purest expression of hop oils.
Fermented with Lallemand's Pomona yeast, known for enhancing hop aroma expression while maintaining a clean, dry profile, this beer pushes the modern character of a West Coast IPA even further.
The result is a West Coast IPA with a clear appearance and light body, balanced bitterness, intensely floral fresh-hop aromas, and notes of citrus and pine.
