Tchèque le Bike à Mononc’ Denis is a Czech-inspired Pilsner, born from a collaboration between Siboire in Sherbrooke and Le Prospecteur in Val-d'Or.
This special brew is a hybrid of two iconic Czech Pilsners: Tchèque ton Bike and Mononc’ Denis.
Two versions were created at Le Prospecteur's facilities in Val-d'Or: one with water from Sherbrooke, transported 700 km, and the other with eskers water from Val-d'Or (the version you’re holding).
This experiment allows for a comparison of the impact of two excellent-quality waters on the taste of this Lager.
