Nestor Kéa is a blend of sour and wild beers and barrel-aged saisons, then dry-hopped with Maui Nelson SubZero Hop Kief, a liquid hop concentrate made from Nelson Sauvin and pineapple, developed by Freestyle Hops.

The result is a fruity, sour, and complex beer with notes of peach, pineapple, and apricot.
