Kairos
Kairos is a German Pilsner that is dry and crisp, with beautiful malt notes.
We decided to create a bridge between traditional noble hops and new-generation German hops that are used in American-style beers.
Specifically, we used Hallertau Blanc, a hop we also use in some of our IPAs, along with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Tettnanger.
The result is a German Pilsner that remains traditional while offering aromatic elements that evoke citrus zest.
