Blended beer aged in European Chardonnay barrels. It has a hazy golden color and is topped with a rich, persistent foam.

The hops used impart a very fine nose with notes of citrus, flowers, and freshly cut grass.

The palate reveals flavors of grapefruit, apricot, and acidic white wine, leading to a dry and slightly bitter finish.
