Innovation #9 is a Triple New England IPA hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka cultivars from our Freestyle Hops selection, Mosaic from our John I. Haas selection, and Vic Secret from HPA in Australia.
We also added two liquid hop concentrates during cold conditioning: Nelson Sauvin SubZero Hop Kief and Mosaic Spectrum.
This Triple New England IPA stands out with notes of lime zest, citrus, and passion fruit, as well as a rich, textured body that wonderfully carries its powerful aromatic charge.
