Été Sans Fin II
Since its original release in 2022, L'Été Sans Fin has remained one of our fondest memories: a saison aged in neutral French oak barrels, then refermented on locally grown Frontenac Blanc grape pomace (thanks to Les Collines).
We brewed it again and let time do its work. Today, we're proud to introduce L'Été Sans Fin 2—a fresh interpretation inspired by the original batch, now with even greater balance.
Brewer's Notes: Expect aromas of tropical fruit, ripe grapes, and a delicate touch of oak. Dry, complex, and incredibly refreshing, it finishes with an elegant balance of oak, fruit, and subtle acidity.
