Macerated with Quebec honeyberries and aged in Chardonnay barrels, this lively and slightly tart creation reveals fruity and vinous accents, as well as an elegant woody touch in the finish.

Inspired by European brewing traditions, this beer style is fermented with wild yeasts then aged in barrels. A process that gives it depth, finesse and complexity.
