It was in Sierre, right in the heart of the Alps, over an epic raclette and excellent Valais wines, that we came up with this recipe alongside our new BFFs at Hoppy People.
Introducing Capitaine Over. A Double NEIPA hopped with absolutely no restraint, featuring a powerhouse quartet: Peacharine, Eggers Special, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin. As a result, this one is seriously loaded.
A bright yellow haze, an ultra-soft texture, and an explosion of fresh aromas: peaches, candied lime, and sweet oranges.
