Calque

Calque is a gose brewed through mixed fermentation in stainless steel, incorporating Sel Saint Laurent from the Haute-Côte-Nord.

This tart, light, and saline beer was inoculated with wild Brett-type yeasts and lactic bacteria, aged for several months in tanks, then conditioned with pomace from Québec berries (blueberry, haskap, and sour cherry).

A wild, tart, and saline beer with delicately tannic notes of small fruits.
