Ice Barley Wine

This is the cryoconcentrated version of our American Barley Wine, brewed with our friend Éric Beauregard earlier this year.

Cryo concentration enhances the fruity aromas of Amarillo hops, the residual sugars, and the warmth of the alcohol.

We recirculated the precious brew over Sultana raisins that had macerated in rum, adding a beautiful roundness.
