Belle Prise

Belle Prise is a German Pilsner brewed with traditional German pilsner malt, but with the addition of Nelson Sauvin Hop Kief, which is a concentrate of oils from this hop.

We also used the noble German hops Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Tettnanger. The result is a lager with German accents, featuring very aromatic notes of flowers and white grapes, with a hint of citrus zest on a round and cereal-rich body.
