To wrap up our holiday tradition, we teamed up with Sir John to create a light, refreshing West Coast Pils that’s incredibly easy to drink, without sacrificing aromatic complexity.
The hops are present, but in the background, offering just enough to add a nice depth to the aromas, without overwhelming the palate.
To go even further in this quest for lightness, we added a bit of corn to the recipe.
This touch enhances the clarity and gives the beer an even thirstier texture.
It results in a highly drinkable beer, perfect for moments when one beer just isn’t enough.
