Aurore de Juin
When the sun rises, the hops follow. Aurore de Juin is a bold, hazy, and intensely aromatic DNEIPA brewed with three 100% New Zealand hop varieties: NZ Cascade, Rakau, and Southern Cross.
On the nose and palate, it's a fireworks display of citrus zest, ripe red fruits, and unapologetically dank notes. Rakau adds depth with its ripe stone fruit character. It's juicy, complex, and not for the faint of heart.
