Fleurs de Lys is a brand-new West Coast IPA brewed with Quebec-grown hops.
We incorporated El Dorado QC and Cascade QC hops from Lupulines Hop Farm in the Outaouais region.
Its pale appearance and lightly malted body align with the new wave of West Coast IPAs, while its firm bitterness and pronounced resinous character make it our most unapologetically West Coast IPA to date.
