For this third iteration, we selected El Dorado, a hop that brings notes of melon, pineapple, and citrus reminiscent of summer.
Brewed with wheat, dry-hopped in moderation, and fermented with US-05 yeast, this beer develops a lighter, crisp body as well as a dry, delicately bitter finish offering exceptional drinkability.
