To celebrate our 24 months of existence, we invited our good friends at Toltèk to collaborate on a beer that perfectly symbolizes our mutual love for New Zealand hops.
24 Mois is a Triple New England IPA, generously hopped with the Manilita and Superdelic cultivars, and then with the new thiol-enriched product from Freestyle Hops, Mega Terps.
This blend of Motueka, Southern Cross, Rakau, and Phantasm (Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grape powder) is designed to maximize terpene content, a chemical component similar to essential oils, to enhance the tropical aromas of the beer.
This thick and particularly aromatic beer develops notes of grapefruit and papaya.
