Décennal

Décennal is a sour beer inspired by the "cafélimo," crafted in collaboration with Cantook – micro roaster.

For this one, we incorporated whole lemon purée as well as strawberry to achieve a color reminiscent of pink lemonade.

We then cold-infused the Colombian Diego Bermudez coffee roasted by Cantook.

A light sour beer with fruity, tropical, and sustained coffee aromas, along with notes of fresh lemonade.
