Mosaïque
Mosaïque is a double New England IPA featuring Mosaic hops.
For the 2025 version, we incorporated Mosaic Dynaboost (liquid concentrate), Mosaic Cryo (cryo-concentrated pellets) and Mosaic T90 (conventional pellets) from Yakima Chief, as well as Mosaic Spectrum (liquid concentrate) from Jon I. Haas.
The result is a particularly fruity and tropical beer developing a pronounced taste of sweet grapefruit, juicy mango and passion fruit.
