In this new version, we have made improvements by revisiting the grain base.
In addition to the previous ingredients, we have incorporated rye, spelt, and oats, all offering more nuanced complexity.
Furthermore, to add an additional dimension, we introduced bitter orange peel, providing delicate notes of orange blossoms.
MONTARVILLOISE presents itself as a golden beer, inspired by the Belgian styles of triples and strong blondes, with moderate bitterness.
