Ours is no exception; inspired by the famous French Dolin, it features notes of wine vinegar, raisin, caramel, and a spicy blackcurrant finish.
Even without alcohol, its aromatic balance impresses.
Served simply on ice with an orange or grapefruit zest (or just on ice, the zest police won't come after you), it’s perfect for an aperitif, as a digestif, or with food as a replacement for wine.

- Extended with tonic or grapefruit juice.
