Mad Colombe

We brewed this IPA partly for the anniversary, but mostly to pay tribute to Colombe, a loyal customer of the Brewpub and a fan of our legendary Mad Dog, who passed away in 2023.

We raise our glass to you, Colombe, and we thank you for sharing a piece of the journey with us.
