Lycanthrope (Loup Garou)
Lycanthrope is a West Coast IPA brewed with our new friends from Microbrasserie Loup Garou, located even further west than us in Sainte-Marthe!
Inspired by Scott's great expertise in this style, we chose a classic interpretation, but with a small local touch.
Brewed entirely with Pilsner malt from Innomalt, it has perfect clarity, as any good West Coast should, and is hopped with Cascade QC, Citra, and Mackinac—a hop derived from Chinook grown right here in Quebec by Duke 25 Hops.
The result: aromas of citrus, resin, and a light zesty bitterness, supported by a light and incredibly drinkable body.
