Lac-à-la-Brett
Brewed for the first time in collaboration with Griendel Québec, this version of Lac-à-la-Brett is a sour wheat beer refermented in oak barrels with Brettanomyces yeast.
On the palate, a thirst-quenching acidity and a delicate bitterness lightly brush the tongue. On the nose, a Brett bouquet reminiscent of rustic leather aromas blends beautifully with fruity and vinous notes.
A divine liquid resulting from mixed fermentation and a 12-month stay in oak barrels.
