Sauce made from the formidable Carolina Reapers peppers, but without compromising flavor, it's enhanced by roasted tomatoes and peppers as well as garlic confit.

5/5 on our scale, we're not aiming to make it hotter at the moment, really a nice balance between pronounced flavor and strong heat.
