Éléphant 10

L'Éléphant 10º is the champion beer of the elephant project that explored European brewing traditions of reduced-alcohol beers. 10º refers to the original gravity, that is the sugar content before fermentation. In Czech pubs (Hospoda), beer enthusiasts order this beer like this: Dezitka (10) Prozim!

This light beer has nothing to envy from its big sister the cernà. Its malty body will confuse you about its low alcohol content. The Saaz hop finish adds a touch of freshness ideal during hot summer days.
