Who hasn't put a little powder in their milk in the morning?
Put like that, yes, it sounds a bit weird… but who among us wasn't comforted by that sweet morning wake-up: a glass of warm milk with two or three spoonfuls of the famous strawberry powder?
Our goal here was to create a robust, warm, and comforting imperial stout.
Conditioned with Madagascar vanilla and cocoa nibs, we also indulged in a bit of madness with an astronomical amount of vanilla soft-serve ice cream and strawberry puree.
All of this gives it a pale hue that evokes the good old chocolate milks mom used to make.
On the nose, you will find vanilla and a subtle touch of strawberry that slowly takes its place, while on the palate, the presence of alcohol almost recalls an Irish cream, with notes of Neapolitan ice cream.
A beer for those who dream of returning to childhood.
Ingredients: Madagascar vanilla, Cocoa nibs, Vanilla soft-serve ice cream, and Strawberry puree.
