Akkorokamui is an imperial stout aged for six months in bourbon barrels from Heaven Hill distillery, then cold-infused with Costa Rican coffee prepared by the artisanal roaster Café Kujira.

It is a strong, dark beer; complex, rounded, and caffeinated.
