Joihiru Blaufrankisch

Here is the new variant of Joihiru, crafted exclusively with Blaufränkisch grape pomace from Maison agricole Joy Hill.

The result is a pure expression of this grape variety, less acidic/more wine than beer. We find notes of wild strawberry, black cherry and pepper.
