Our famous Imperial Stout is back!

Brewed in tribute to Ulrick Chérubin (1943–2014), former mayor of Amos, this beer honors a strong, unifying man proud of his region.

Behind its deep black robe lie rich flavors of “Poêle à Bois” coffee from Torréfacteur Sans Frontière (Malartic), cocoa, molasses, brown sugar, and natural vanilla.

A powerful and warming beer, reflecting our terroir and the people who built it.
