This year, we’ve taken boldness to the next level by revisiting the recipe with a festive and rich touch: a liquid tribute to the famous Black Forest cake. This intense and generous Imperial Stout is designed to captivate lovers of deep and decadent flavors.
The beer is enhanced with the "Mélange du Prospecteur" coffee from the L'Armorique roastery (Val-d'Or) and features cacao, molasses, brown sugar, fresh Madagascar vanilla, and a generous dose of black cherries, offering a nod to the classic dessert that inspired this creation.
A strong and noble beer, in honor of Ulrick Chérubin (1943-2014), former mayor of Amos. A local beer to be savored slowly, as a tribute to our roots and heroes.
