Introducing HYPOTHÈSE #12, a 6.5% IPA showcasing Fonio, an ancient grain that is as fascinating as it is flavorful.
For the hops, we went with a carefully selected New Zealand duo: Nelson Sauvin & NZ Cascade
The result?
A smooth and silky IPA where the Fonio brings unique texture and flavor, supported by punchy tropical aromas and a beautiful wine-like character.
