Hefeweizen - Oktoberfest

As part of Oktoberfest at Le Ketch, we brewed two typically German-style beers.

Here is the Hefeweizen, brewed with over 50% wheat, standing out with its intense banana aromas supported by subtle hints of clove.

A big thank you to our friends at True History Brewing in Toronto (who in our opinion brew the best Hefeweizen in the country) for guiding us in the right direction.
