For this beer, we intentionally did something different: we handed the reins over to Damian, who joined our production team last year.

Total "carte blanche."

He set aside everything we’ve done so far to start from scratch and put his signature on his own recipe, guided by his vision, tastes, and experience.

We are beyond satisfied with the result and can't wait to hear your thoughts.

On the nose, an intense bouquet of tropical fruits and ripe citrus.

Citra dominates with aromas of mango and grapefruit, supported by Galaxy with accents of passion fruit.

Amarillo brings a sweetness of orange and tangerine, while Riwaka adds a zesty and slightly herbaceous touch.

On the palate, the texture is round and juicy, with a delicate carbonation.

Flavors of mango, peach, and citrus follow one another harmoniously, supported by a moderate and silky bitterness.

The finish is soft and persistent, marked by pink grapefruit and fresh lemon.
