A blend of lemon, lime, and juniper berry gose, with a portion aged in a Tequila barrel that previously aged La Pimenterie’s Vertigo hot sauce.
The sour beer has captured the spicy and fruity flavors of the sauce. You can feel the heat, but thanks to the sourness and the salty aspect of the gose, it remains pleasant. We still rate it 4 chilies out of 5.
