During our selection of barrels to create Chumbo, we fell in love with one in particular and decided to bottle it separately, without fruit.
The beer is powerful in aroma, with the wood of the barrel and the scent of reposado tequila well present, and a slightly saline finish.
The fizz is also stronger than in Chumbo.
