Brewed with Calrose rice and rice flakes, we incorporated the Japanese Sorachi Ace hops grown in Quebec by Houblonnière Lupuline Hop Yard.
The result is a sour and complex beer that surprises with its particularly refreshing character, cloudy appearance, and distinct notes of grapefruit and dill.
